This is a practical approach that is comprehensive and forward-looking. Would it make sense also to rope in the Hemispheric partners, especially those that are closest the US mainland and susceptible to the Climate change effects, already in progress.

For instance, the Centre could collaborate with an appropriate Not-for-profit, in the Caribbean to develop such an approach. Not waiting for government to take the lead, but ensuring that is bringing public and private, and the NGO community into the loop.

Sucha collaboration might make for more constructive relationships that overarch the usual trade, investment, social dialogues carried out in 'compartments'.

If considered useful, this could be pursued actively.

Hello !
I think , catching electricity from sea waves need to consider , because we can take it 24 hours per day , 30/31 days per month and 12 month per year. So the Pelamis generators need to perfection , to enabling the reduce of cost for kw/hour. Waves energy is clean and easy to switch on electrical grid , is suitable and devices can move if necessary(only one point of anchorage ) . Thinking that reserve is very high 2000 terawatt hours a year or 10 % of world electricity consumption per year (demand of 2020 year),make as to think seriously about this kind of electricity production.

(continued from previous post)
While students were burning their draft cards to protest the war, the Vietnamese Buddhists' answer to escalating US violence was self-immolation--setting themselves on fire in a public square as a message to the world to stop.
Individual life was less important than the lives of the whole Vietnamese people. Their culture, being collective, moved in a circular direction, unbroken through centuries of war. There was a strength there that prevailed against the mightiest of adversaries and finally won their country back.

The last shall be first and the first last.
